The former, more than just a replacement for peanut butter, helps the heart and muscles, while the latter is a versatile eating and cooking fat and is a source of unsaturated fats and vitamin E. Altogether, these sources of fats bring great health benefits, as long as they are kept in moderation.</p>
<p>Beans and grains too are great for the body. Quinoa is an exotic grain but is packed with nutrients, including lots of protein and fiber. Quinoa can substitute rice in its various uses, including as pudding. The ever-popular oatmeal with its fiber content and energy maintenance ability is still a given for healthy eating and has a multitude of uses beyond porridge; it can be used as a partial flour substitute and as a crunchy dessert component. In the beans department, lentils are the go-to beans for a variety of cooking options, and luckily it is a source of iron and helps regulate blood sugar. Consider these grains and beans for a healthy option.</p>
<p>Healthy food options are also sometimes the most common foods. Try salmon as a protein source as well as a source of good fats that aid in relieving health issues such as depression and cancer. For vegetables, the members of the cabbage (Brassica) family are low-calorie, high-nutrient, and cancer-fighting options, as well as being substantial vegetables themselves. Similarly in the fruit department, berries have much of the same properties coupled with fiber content and versatility in desserts. Finally, dark chocolate may be a surprising health food, but no matter its form, it is packed with antioxidants that counter free radicals. Whatever the form, these foods are worth including in a healthy diet.</p>

<p>Dublin is the capital city of Ireland, which makes it a quintessential city to visit in the gorgeous country. Like in any travel destination, it is easy to spend money on the paid tourist attractions. But for someone traveling on a budget or looking to stretch time without spending money, free sights are the ticket. Luckily, Dublin provides some of these, and they are quite interesting sights as well.</p>
<p>Dublin has some natural attractions, and one of them is the National Botanic Gardens. It is free to come see the natural sights and partake in programs that explain the natural world – on Sundays there are even guided tours. A more interactive experience is offered at the Howth Coastal Path which offers a view of the sea and rewards visitors with seal-feeding opportunities and lunch hot spots at Howth Bay. For just a simple natural experience, there are the parks like Merrion Square Park which provide natural beauty coupled with open space for various activities.</p>
<p>Things to do in the city include walking tours, which are free and also gets in a pub for lunch or many pubs at night. Grafton Street is where to go for street performers of many kinds of acts; there is something for everyone to see. Trinity College, Ireland&#8217;s oldest college which is also located in Dublin, also offers interesting sights. The buildings of high architecture along with its beautiful gardens make it a great place to take pictures, and just to simply explore the grounds costs nothing.</p>
<p>Art and culture have their own free destinations in Dublin. Museums like the National Museum of Ireland and the National Gallery of Ireland feature exhibits on Irish cultural and artistic items, and many of them are free of charge. There are plenty of both cultural and art museums to suit everyone&#8217;s taste. As an alternative to the art museums, the Docklands feature art in an outdoor setting, and it also showcases a beautiful part of Dublin. Those who would like to include a religious visit can consider lesser churches that do not charge for entry, like the Our Lady of Mount Carmel church.</p>
<p>The best things in a trip are not always the things that are paid; Dublin is a testament to that. For a city rich in history and culture, Dublin also provides sights that are filled with both, but without any cost. This makes a quintessential city even more essential to visit and to discover.</p>

<p>Is it better to move around than to just sit around? The answer is yes, definitely, but the reasons may not be as obvious as people might think. Compared to moving around, sitting effects a different kind of metabolism. The results of this metabolism are varied but on the whole are the same: quite unhealthy. It is better to move around rather than sit around.</p>
<p>It does not matter where sitting is done – sitting makes the body more prone to becoming fat. The muscles involved deactivate and burn less calories. Insulin becomes less effective, which can lead into diabetes as well as obesity. The body becomes less effective at breaking down fats and good cholesterol levels fall. Overall the body becomes weaker and more susceptible to many ill effects.</p>
<p>Worse yet, exercise has nothing to do with this phenomenon. Nor can exercise help to avert the phenomenon. A study done to check for weight loss factors showed that it does not matter whether people exercised a little or a lot; people who sat more tended to gain more. This is contrast with the popular belief that exercise, or even diet, helps to make up for the time spent sitting down.</p>
<p>In truth, it is sitting less that helps the body to become more healthy. Just performing small movements of the body for certain tasks helps to keep the body active, staving off the side effects of sitting. One particularly effective tip is to get up and move around once or twice every hour should one be confined to a sit-down activity. The important thing is to keep the body moving around and not to lock the body into sitting positions for too long of a time.</p>
<p>Sitting thus can obviously be detrimental to the body. The good news is that avoiding the bad effects is simpler than one might think. The answer is just to keep moving to keep the body active and in a healthy condition.</p>

<p>India is a wonderful country located on the subcontinent of Asia to the south. Its mix of nature, culture, and history make it a great place to be in. By this virtue, it also makes it a great place to take some beautiful photographs, and all that a photographer has to do is to look for the best spots.</p>
<p>Agra is the most obvious choice for photography, being that the Taj Mahal resides in this place. Photographs of the white marble landmark is an absolute must for those who drop into the area. It should be noted that charges may be applied for carrying a camera, in addition to the entry permit. The best time to take photographs are early in the morning when tourists have not yet come, or even later on in the day. Also, different angles and views help to create unique pictures from this place.</p>
<p>Pushkar is both a religious spot and a location for great Indian food, so it is expected that quite a number of people will visit. Both also provide great photo opportunities, so it is wise to book in advance as there are few accommodations. Similar to Pushkar, Varanasi is a holy spot, but it also boasts the title of one of the oldest cities still inhabited. On one side of the Ganges, there is less of the city and more of the happenings of the people, and therefore provides a significant potential for photographs.</p>
<p>To see the majestic Himalayas, a trip to the northeastern regions is advised for the best shots, perhaps even climbing a lesser peak. In the south and west there are opportunities to shoot the sea and beaches, as well as the people who make a living there. Keep in mind that India has a rich history, so historical sites are important and viable for photography. Finally, look for out-of-the way places to take some shots, like on the train, on the streets, and in the slums.</p>
<p>To see the richness of India, photography is a great answer. Capturing the best sights is a way to take in everything that can be seen and done in such a beautiful country. Photography truly shows how much the country has to offer.</p>

<p>Man&#8217;s best friend turns out to have just as many issues as the beings they were meant to accompany. Interestingly, the issues are exactly the same as those which plague the ones they accompany. One is serious, while one is not quite as serious but offers a predicament.</p>
<p>Obesity is certainly a serious problem for people, but for pets (especially dogs) it is a more serious problem. Like obese people, obese pets too can suffer from heart disease and diabetes. However, pets can suffer from arthritis and muscle tears as well due to obesity. As a result, there are some pets that cannot move and as a result have to be euthanized to the sadness of their owners. Getting pets back into shape may also be difficult as diet and exercise can worsen the conditions. Worse yet is that some people are not aware that it is the obesity which they find amusing that causes other problems. So it seems that pets too need to be in shape.</p>
<p>Watching TV is an activity that many people enjoy, but for dogs it is quite another matter. Recently a TV channel was launched in the U.S. which provides 24-hour programming for dogs. But does this approach help at all? Whether they do or do not pay attention, exercise and moving around is still better for dogs, but if they do pay attention at all to the TV, it may be worthwhile. In showing things that drive dogs crazy, they may become desensitized to the disturbances. Still, TV does not substitute what quality play time can offer for a dog. The idea of a TV channel for dogs seems odd but it may just help.</p>
<p>People with these issues may not have too many problems changing their ways. But for dogs with these issues, it may be a call to attention for some more TLC to them.</p>

<p>Panoramas – especially ones that span 360 degrees all the way around – are great photographs to make and look at. The only problem with panoramas is that their sizes are often unwieldy by the virtue that they are often much wider than they are tall. The solution is to turn them into “wee planets” or “little planets” that fit conveniently in a more balanced ratio. They are also unique and creative art projects.</p>
<p>Creating the “wee planets” requires the use of an image-editing program such as Adobe Photoshop. The basic steps are somewhat simple. A panorama is resized to a square, flipped 180 degrees vertically, then mapped to polar coordinates. The resulting picture shows the ground closer to the center, surrounded by the sky, forming a neat little sphere. If the flipping step is omitted, the result is a tunnel image.</p>
<p>Any seamless image on the left and right edges can utilize this technique, so it is not just limited to panoramic photographs. Specialized programs that can perform this technique quickly also have more options for those who would like to play around.</p>
<p>In all, the results are amazing, spectacular, and neatly printable. Granted, it is more abstract than the panorama itself, but the appearance is quite wonderful. It serves a reminder of what a 360-degree panorama encapsulates in a single, wide picture.</p>

<p>There are many things to see and do around the Caribbean for a spectacular tropical getaway. But the greatest things may just be found in the spots where everyone stays. Three of these kinds of spots are all-inclusive resorts, bars, and an outdoor park.</p>
<p>It is no secret that one of the best places to stay is in an all-inclusive resort where food, drinks and experiences are included in one price. Around the Caribbean, there are ten of these hot spots that provide the greatest amenities for prices at or under 500 dollars. Despite the low prices, these resorts happen to be equipped with the greatest of features that would seem like they necessitate a higher cost, but they do not. On the whole they provide family entertainment for an affordable value.</p>
<p>For the hanging-out crowd, five bars are worth checking out. Three of the best ones feature water access (in some cases, only) and two are uniquely built with some stunning views. Four of them come with their own signature drinks – which should not be forgotten to be enjoyed – and a couple offer great food as well. All of them provide great opportunities for relaxation in an often-secluded but sometimes-open place in the Caribbean.</p>
<p>Thrill-seekers can check out the ToroVerde Adventure Park in Puerto Rico. Even though it is an “ecotouristic” park, it provides adventure in spades. The first primary attraction is its array of zipline tours, which can be used to glide through the park at exhilarating paces. The second is the mountain bike park section of the complex, which offers rides for all skill levels. Overall, the park provides a great opportunities for adventure lovers of all kinds.</p>
<p>Next time a vacation opportunity in the Caribbean comes up, some of these places may be worthwhile to see. They could surely enliven a vacation which is already packed and make it more memorable.</p>

<p>This spring, there are two things in the fashion world worth noticing. They come in the form of clothes and cosmetics.</p>
<p>No matter what time of year it is, workplace clothes matter &#8211; and the suggestion for this spring is to avoid purple and animal prints. For other fashion suggestions, turn to pajama-style clothing for a tight look derived from the catwalk. For men, with the surge that is <em>Mad Men</em> Season 5, they might prefer a classic slicked-backed look. Coats are in as well, so long as they are breathable and have the right style. Also keep in mind individual designers&#8217; preferences.</p>
<p>Marc Jacobs is starting his own line of cosmetics line, most likely to complement his own line of designer clothes. Judging from his previous autumn and winter show, it will likely complement two looks: his exuberantly gothic look with strokes and layers of makeup, or his Shiseido-replica look with a bare face but lively lips. Both are indeed rather stunning to show and even more so to complement with cosmetics.</p>
<p>Whatever the style, this spring definitely promises exciting fashions and tastes.</p>

<p>Tablets are a great innovation in the world of gadgets. Experiences regarding the application of these particular kinds of devices are as varied as the individuals owning them.</p>
<p>For magazine companies, it is about dealing with a revolutionary new form of content delivery. Five publishers of widely popular magazines realize that to survive they have to exist in this new market. To do so, they have pooled their resources together and created a tablet application that would allow access to their magazines in a neat, on-line form. It is an agreement that at least preserves their existence.</p>
<p>Companies seeking to use tablets in their business may experience a nasty surprise when they find out that they are not completely prepared to implement them fully in their line of work. The answer is just simply a lot more planning ahead.</p>
<p>And then there are those for whom the tablet has changed portions of their technological life. The tablet became an indispensable tool for them, whether for leisure, working, or all around. It even managed to effect changes beyond their life.</p>
<p>Whatever the effect is, tablets are certainly a wonderful piece of technology. And it is almost certainly to be in people&#8217;s hearts and minds for some time.</p>

<p>Everyone needs to sleep to maintain good health. However, <span style="text-decoration: underline;">how much</span> sleep one needs is still an iffy question. Some research have shown that not sleeping enough is a major cause of disturbance to daily routines, but others have shown that sleeping too much also affects one&#8217;s health just the same. The right amount of sleep helps the body to function correctly.</p>
<p>It is generally agreed upon that infants and toddlers need lots of sleep. As they grow into the childhood years, their development coasts and they need a few less hours of sleep. Going into adolescence, a few more hours are trimmed, and once adulthood is reached, sleep is stable with several hours. The problem now is determining just how stable these sleep hours really are.</p>
<p>For infants, toddlers, and children, it is generally unquestionable that they need sleep for as long as is recommended – over 10 hours, most sources say. But for teenagers, their sleep needs may actually be more stable at 7 hours. This is especially true if their activities force them to have less hours to sleep than that; it seems by just adding a little more time to sleep, their performance improves. Just a few more hours, however, may prove to have the opposite effect.</p>
<p>As for adults, the exact phenomenon happens, albeit they could use a little less time; they may actually be more stable to sleep at just over 6 and a half hours. Those who take more hours to sleep may put themselves at risk of common ailments including depression and obesity. Moreover, sleeping for longer hours could actually be associated with insomnia; the long hours of sleep make adults uneasy. The solution to the problem just may be to remove oneself from the bed when not sleepy and sleep as needed.</p>
<p>For the body to function well, an ideal amount of sleep is needed. But what constitutes “ideal” seems to be farther from the truth. Still, the fact remains that everyone needs to sleep for some time; sleeping is just too important to be ignored.</p>
